How To Host A Banquet Table

  • Printed invitations are best handed to guests who have already confirmed in person, or via call, text, or email, that they will be able to attend.

  • You may email or text this link to potential guests who would like to learn more about the event. They can register themselves, if they wish to do so, so instruct them to choose you as the Host from the dropdown.

  • If you do not have an email address for a guest you are registering, please do not input your email address, instead put
  • You may revisit your confirmation email with the subject line “Table Host Instructions” and click the button inside called “Manage My Guest List” to add, edit or remove guests anytime.
  • To register a new guest, you can visit and register them in the same way you registered yourself. Choose the Registration Type of “Guest”. Be sure to choose yourself as their Table Host from the drop-down.
  • IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 10 GUESTS: Please inform us of the guests that should be grouped together at each table. There is the possibility of putting an extra seat at the table, so please ask about this if you have 11.
  • IF YOU HAVE 10 GUESTS: You are good to go.
  • IF YOU HAVE LESS THAN 10 GUESTS: We will fill your remaining seats with wonderful people that you will be so glad you met!
  • About 10 days before the banquet, the Galleria will be requesting a final headcount for meals. Once this date passes, a waiting list will begin for additional guests. We are typically able to accommodate everyone on the waiting list, but they may be seated at a nearby table if your table is already full.
  • We will send you your table number and final guest list/count a few days before the banquet. Please reply to that email so that we know you received it and that the guest list is correct.
  • All guests will also be sent their table number by email, so as much as possible, include guest email addresses in their registration.

Day of Banquet Instructions

  1. Please do not bring any additional guests. Substitutions are allowed if your confirmed guests get sick, have car trouble, etc. Please inform us ASAP of the change.
  2. To allow extra time for traffic and to arrive before your guests, please plan to park before 6 pm.
  3. Please do not open the envelope on the table until you are prompted. The Master of Ceremonies will instruct you when to hand items to your table guests.
  4. At the end of the evening, please place all donation envelopes back into the large envelope. Please do not leave the envelope unattended. A staff member will come and collect it from you.
