My biggest draw to First Care, as a nurse, was that I have hope to give. On the other side of abortion recovery, I have more freedom to tell my story, because the shame and the guilt isn’t there anymore.
The last time I got pregnant, I was in my last semester of nursing school. Was it easy with a child? No. But there is hope. It really is the college students who have a vision for their lives. They
see a baby as a diversion from that.
When the Bible says that children are a blessing, they are! My little boy continues to bless my life.
This is a season where not only has God answered our prayers to increase the number of abortion-minded women [we serve], He is showing us that there is still yet more He requires of us.
